Their attendants were Josephine Ratliff, Tommy Patterson, Elinor White, and Lowell Harris JUNIORS SENIORS FRANK BURKE ELINOR WHITE Only three words are necessary to describe Elinor White: unaffected, unspoiled, but not unsweetened; three qualities which, no doubt, won her popularity. Frank Burke, hale, hearty, and he-mannish is Portales High ' s most popular boy. Frank also occupied the position of senior class president and co-captain of the football team. Sweetheart. Reba, a member of the junior class, is very promin- ent in the girls athletics and is a past president of the Junior Homemakers Club. The P.H.S. Rams ended a fairly successful season for 1940-41 with four wins and four losses. The Rams scored 79 points to their opponents 94. There will be seven letter- men back next year to carry the Rams through another successful season.
