songs and paintings, make our MISS DELORES OLESON Miss Oleson comes to us from Black River Falls, Wisconsin. She was graduated from Eau Claire State Teachers' College with a Bach- elor of Science degree. Besides teaching geom- etry and advanced math, she tallies lunch program accounts. The statement, You can't be sure of anything! might hold true in P.H.S. courses. For instance, sophomores think they know their ABC's, but, when they reach algebra or general math. classes, they aren't so sure. Further uncertainty causes the junior geometry and the senior advanced math students to lead a never-ending search for that elusive X. Also truth seems stranger than fiction in freshman general science and sophomore biology. Future scientists have a chance for real research in chemistry and physics. There is nothing flat about the taste in music at P.H.S. Musical pleasures may be obtained from junior and senior bands and choirs. A different pleasure may be found in art where one can draw something and decide afterwards what it is. interests keener MISS MABELLE I AMIESON MR. GERALD BIRKHOLZ Mr. Birkholz received his Bachelor of Arts degree at Ripon Col- lege, Ripon, Wisconsin. He teaches ninth grade general science. He coaches the freshman football and track teams and I. Besides teaching biol ogy, Miss Jamieson guides the Ushers Club and teaches the Driver Education course. She attended Lawrence Col- lege where she earned her Bachelor of Arts degree. She likes to spend some leisure hours out of doors. Page 13
