All but twice dur- ing the season they brought back hon- ors for P. L. H. S. and defended her against Boonville, Lowville and Lyons Falls. Miss Bennett coached the girls and much of the honor goes to her. s E231

The personnel of this team was James Coffey, James Bidinger, Kelsey Nor- tham, Joseph Conway, Maurice Buck- ley, Terrance Riley, and Charles Mc- Hale- The games with Lyons Falls, the old time rival of Port Leyden, were 1 JOSEPH CoNwAY CHARLES MCHALE KELSEY N ORTHAM the most interesting. We Won both games, at Lyons Falls the score being 33-36 and on our own court 15-22. Coaches Kentner and Donnelly got more than was expected from the team as we were never defeated by any enormous score. The season ended with an athletic banquet and the awarding of the let- ters to the members of the team. f E221
