Raider articles for the month of . . . These are all familiar lines to the students working on the newspaper staff of the Raider as they pass the student bulletin board. For the third year now the Raider has been published with the Union Gazette each month. Its function is to inform the people of Port Jervis what the students of the high school are doing, and also to give these interested students an opportunity to participate in the field of journalism. The success of this year's Raider, as in the past, was due to the Work of the staff in preparing their articles. The issues presented' topics ranging from Student Council news, fashion, and new teachers to trips taken by the students, and the recording of athletic events.
