On the whole, we are very proud of you and the 'accomplishments you have made, . but as you leave us we would like to feel that you have gained a certain amount of know-how and the ability to apply it to some constructive and useful end. Sometime ago someone said about-a certain person that he knew how to do much better than he did do. I think it has to be recognized that most of us know how to do things better than we do them. This is often clue to conditions beyond our control, never- theless, I hope that your training here'will help you to do most of the things you may undertake as well as your knowledge and ability will permit.
