Latin Club Laeti Latini is the name of this school club. A-t the monthly meetings the Happy Latinsw not only accomplished much but had a lot of fun. Varsity Club In the year 1946-1947 the Varsity Club, with the aid of an adult advisory committee, raised S1700 -to establish the Goodfellow Memorial Scholarship Fund. From this fund the sum of 31250 is awarded each year to the out- standing senior boy athlete entered in college for the following year. The first of these awards was made to William Engelhart of the Class of 1947. In addition to the scholarship, a trophy is also presented each year to the best all-round athlete of any class. ' To perpetuate these funds the members of the club worked hard during the past year, operating with great success a concession at all home football and basketball games.
