Class Poem by TOM PATTERSON DAN PECK Although it's just a :high school, And we wonlt get a degree, We think our class is pretty good, As you will readily see. just read a little farther To see who dlid survive Four years of toil and trouble To make the Class of '45. First we shall present to you Our officers, for your review: Our president, 'Chlarles Ullrich, To most girls is a dream. He belongs to only one of them, Her name, we know, is Jean. Tom Patterson, our vicefipresident, In the minstrel was a scream. I think you'll all agree with me, Hels really on the beam. ,lean Pettit is the ginl W.ho keeps the minutes straight. Her walk to school is awfully long, But somehow she's never late. Jean Hoppey is the one Who keeps tne Seniors' money. We think you'll agree with us Her dispositions sunny. Our social chairman, Denis Boyd May any day be seen, Workinlg for Miss Stoddard Running the movie machine. Since they now have gone on by, The rest are ready to catch your eye. Charlie Weis, our vocal king, May someday be another Bing. Ronnie Hartrim pleases the girls, But who wouldn't with those curls! Pat McGuigan's wonderful dfream Concerns a certain U.qST Marine. The sp-ark in girls is always set off By Killerfdliller Bob Wykoi. West End claims nothing finer, Than its pride and joy, Ray Greiner Marie Lowery, after her graduation, Plans entering the nursing occupation. Margie Stewart and Doris Gill In our opinion, fill the bill. Spelling champ of the Senior Class Irs Carmela, a darkfhaired lass. Bill O'Conlnor, a third ward resident, Is our Student 'Council President. Doris Ollear, friend to all, Will be in college by next fall. A great help at her father's shop Is Art Gray's friend, Joyce Ott. Lucille Galloway, short and slim, Really goes for Eugene Glynn. Always smiling and never weary Is Ray'-s friend, Betty Cleary. From someplace below N. J. border Hlails our friend, Doris Van Gorder . By the time graduation comes around Butch Geiib will be Army bound. Bob Dewey works in Brown's Smoke Shop Ars a bicycle fixer, 'he certainly is tops. The girl who has little to say, Is our studious friend, Marge Duryea.
