Seniors Prop Comes Out On Top! Seniors bring down the house with their award winning prop. Mother Goose. The color- ful float with flapping wings and flirting eyes, steals the spot lights. Prop crew members be- gan preparing Mother Goose on September 16, for her star performances in the Homecoming pa- rade. Big Reds Bandboosters float puts the spotlights on our Victory Bell. 6 Floats

Senior Grand It seemed like it was only yes- terday when we entered high school as Freshmen, full of all sorts of different ideas about how we would spend the next four years of our lives. Everyone seemed so towering in size com- pared to us little freshmen. The threat of ' ' Freshmen Kill-Day was always on our minds. In 1979, we were at two dif- ferent schools: PHHS and PHCHS. No one had any idea that we would merge into only one school. Here, at PHHS, our 1979 homecoming float entered com- petition with the theme of Toys . We placed fourth with our Choo Choo Train. Simultaneously, at Central, the class of 82 built homecoming walls, the theme being The Four Seasons . Proudly, it tied for third place. In 1980, the theme at PHHS for the float competition was The Muppets . Our Sophomore year must have brought out our spirit and coordination. We placed second with Ernie and Oscar the Grouch. Central ' s 1980 walls were based on the Holidays theme. We triumphantly built a giant As we crowded together for our final appearance of our high school years we gathered behind the Port Huron Fire Hall for our class picture.
