Throughout your life you have devoted your time and talents to better education as a teacher, a principal, and superintendent, with ex- perience of forty-two years pl us in Michigan. You are recognized for your work in the largest annexation in the reorganiza- tion of school districts in the history of the State of Michigan. Having been a member of several state educational committees, and currently serving on the State Com- mission on Community Col- lege Development, Past President of the MASA and the Michigan School Masters J4oward Jt) Crull Superintendent 1941 - 1963 Club, twice President of St. Clair River Area Superin- tendent’s Association, and a participant in many other worthwhile projects, we feel that you, Mr. Crull, have had as your deepest interest while in Port Huron that of providing the best possible education and facilities for the young people of our area.
