We’ve Only Just Begun: Central is a new school with new people and ideas. The year was filled with good times and victory but also of hardship. No one will every forget our first football victo- ry. our first dance, and our first student council. They all helped to make Port Huron Central have an identity all its own. We can say that we all played a part in establishing our school.

Building a school is difficult, but only half as difficult as bringing all our loyalties to one main objective -PHC. We started out weak, but loyalties changed and we were well on the way to creating a great school. Different people pulled together and made the first year a terrific experience. Now with a foothol d, the years to come will be a definite part of our lives, but our first year will always bring special mem- ories.
