This year we elected Virgil Wiechman to pilot the class, with Locky Zeis, Vice President: N ,- Chester Schafer, Clarence Eliyas, Locky Zeis, and Virgil Vliechman. Clarence Eliyas, Secretary, and Chet Schafer, Treasurer, to help Virgil out. 41 After all of us surviving through the big mo- ment of becoming freshmen, we opened our first year in Port Clinton High School. We were called greenies as all classes are but we showed them that we weren't so green by having some of the boys out for all the sports, and the girls showing them they could do their stuff by also turning out for all the girls' sports in G. A. A. Soon We found out we were to elect class officers. We were the only class this year to have a girl for presidentiliathleen Armbruster. We also elected for Vice President - Santo flau, of ff t V33 -rv Carol Quisno, Santo Cipiti, Kathleen Armbruster, and Shirley Scott. Cipiti, Secretary-Shirley Scott, and Treasurer -Carol Quisno. We started filling our treasury with a bang by putting quite a nice sum in it after we had the concessions at the Bellevue football game. We also sponsored some concessions and dances at basketball games. Thanks to the help of our sponsors-Mr. Brickley, Mr. Howerth, Miss Vannorsdall, Mr. Shively, and Mr. Knapke -we had a Wonderful year and we are looking forward to working hard to make the next three years as successful and happy as this year.
