only boy on the Echo Staff, has rendered invaluable service to the editors in typing and stenciling. He is a dependable worker, faithful and earnest, is a loyal school citizen, and has maintained one of the highest schoolastic averages during the four years in high school. Patricia Walther entered Port Byron High School from Green- wood Grade School, Coe Township, in the fall of '43, When she was a Freshman she became an active member in the Glee Club and on the Echo Staff. In her Sophomore year she had an active part in the GAA and the Home Ec Club. During her Junior year she continued her membership in those two clubs and had a-part in the Junior Class play. In her Senior year she became a member of GAA, FHL, Senior class play, and served on both the Ink Spot and Echo Staffs. Pat, as she is affect- ionally called by faculty and students alike, has made herself very popular among the student body because of her cheerful dispositiony She is-a dependable worker, faithful, sincere, and earnest and is an examplification of the Motto, nwhatever you do, do unusually well.U The members of the Ink Spot and Echo Staffs found her cooperative and the success of the 1947 student publications are due in no small part to Pat's untir- ing efforts.
