Mr. Hall came to Port Byron in the fall of 1945 to take over the principalship of the Community High School after eight years of service in Petersburg, Illinois. In addi- tion to the duties incident to Principalship, Mr. Hall heads the Student Council and teaches American History and World History. Board of Education There is no other public office comparable to that of the School Director from the standpoint of importance of responsibility assumed and time and effort ex- tended without financial remuneration.
