VOC A TIONAL When the second semester began. Port Austin welcomed a new member to its staff, Daniel V. Bennett. Mr. Bennett not only be- came our new (and badly needed) counselor, but he took over the teaching duties for Careers and Home and Family Living classes. He was also a big help when it came to applying for college admission and scholar- ships.

THESPIANS The National Thespian Society is a new organization at PAHS. It is made up of stu- dents who show an interest and aptitude in theatre. In order to join the club you must have been in at least 2 shows and have accumulated 10 Thespian points. Under the direction of Gary E. Sturm, this organization should prove to be most successful. 21
