The Board of Directors, consisting of Mr. llarold Ruthruff, President: Mrs. Fred Radke, Vice-President: Mrs. Victoria Halberg, Mr. Walter Scott, and Dr. Quentin Kintner, is elected by the people to establish the policies, rules and regulations for the operation of the pnlmlie schools. and to employ a superintendent to advise and confer with them on carrying out the policies oi' the board. They have been very active the past few years in planning the new high school-junior college buildings and new elementary schools. The members, chosen by the people, serve without pay or thought of remuneration and give many hours of their time each year to the schools.
