4 page four THEME We, the Class of '48, would like to present Elmer. He is one of us, all of us, yet none of us. Elmer is merely our idea of a typical student. Our class is also a typical class. Maybe things didn't go smoothly all the time, but we tried, and many of our plans did materialize. We've learned much besides what is taught in books. We've learned teamwork, cooperation, sportsmanship.
