The class of '3Q, has done its part in music and dramatics having live members in the high school orchestra, four in the band, and eighteen in the Glee Club. The junior Prom, which took place May 13, was enjoyed by all with Carl Wis- niewski furnishing the music. The girls attired in light colored evening dresses and the boys in light suits or contrasting trousers and coats made an attractive picture. The gym was decorated in the senior class colors, yellow and brown. As a large and ambitious class we feel that we shall be capable of leading the high school through a successful school year when we assume our duties as seniors next year We have resolved to do our best rllli-. Seven of the sophomores were members of the football squad. With two years of experience most of these boys will be regular members of the 1938-39 team. Van Dorn, Hughes, Sawyer, and Thoren saw service in most of the games this year. Hughes, Johnston, and Van Dorn were three regulars on the boys' basketball team. Although few sophomore girls played regularly in any of the varsity basketball games, about five or six who were on the squad should see action in next year's games. Cooperating with the other classes and our teachers, we plan to make next year even more successful than the present one has been 1 n In in gg 4 x num fr e N v N L Nl lll p, in 1 Springs Xmf-ll 1 lou :IIA an 1: 14-xx fs s 1 4 s 0 U U insnn x luliu'-lon Hug.. lt N .
