l 1 l .4 Ql7l0I'g We the seniors of Poquison High School dedicate our annual in loving memory to one of our classmates, Jane Eleanor Mead- ows, who departed from us, after a long illness, on September 20, l952. Her few short years spent with us and then her death have brought us in a closer communion with God. The Departure of Jane was a sad experience to all of us and yet through the in- spiration she spread during her life, many other lives have been enriched. While on this page we record the sorrows of the passing of our friends, we are also thankful at having known such a friend as Jane. in MEMORY We dedicate this annual in memory of Gilbert Elkanah Pauls and Lawford Forrest Hudgins Jr., who died during a diptheria epidemic in I946. Although, Gibbie and Lawford are not known to most of us and their interest at the time of their death were not as fully developed as ours are today, we know that if they had lived to graduate with theirclass they would have been loved by those who did not know them as well as those who did. And they will always hold a place in the heart of every senior in this class. 3
