Physical fitness in our modern day world is of utmost importance. The President of the United States has shown considerable interest in this phase of our education. He employed Mr. Charles B. Bud” Wilkson, former coach at Oklahoma University, to work out a program on Youth Physical Fitness. This material is available at the Govern- ment Printing Office. One point that was stressed was the need of 15 minutes of vigorous exercise each day. P.B.H.S. offers the students a variety of physical activities. JIM LOHR, B.S.
