I enjoyed looking over the pictures and making my choice for a Queen and her attendants. Although I will have to admit it was a tough decision to make because the girls are all so pretty, and if I could I would choose them all as Queens. Later that night Malden went home with a 19-6 beating. On September 23, they Journeyed to Arkansas where they handed the Piggot Mohawks a 32-6 defeat. The next week they added another feather to theif bonnet by rolling over the Kennett Indians 27-0. This must have been a bad year for Indians because the Mules also took the Jackson Indians 19-6. At Sikeston they came upon a determined bunch of Bulldogs who nosed the Mules out 6-0. The Caruthersville Tigers were found to be a little too strong; for the Mules suffered their worst defeat of the season 25-7. The Mules, determined to win, went to Charleston only to be snowed under by the Blue Jays 13-6. The Mules got back in the winning column by beating the Cairo Pilots 2 0-13. On Thanksgiving Day the Mules rolled over to Cape Girardeau where they showed the Tigers they wanted that Boot. Score Mules 14 Tigers 7. ROW I: Ray Klnkead.
