The industrious members of the Latin Club represent thousands of students who are members of the Junior Classical League, a national society for the promotion and use of Latin among high school students, Learning customs, culture, and literature of ancient Rome provided an interesting course of study. A slave auction was held to obtain mon- ey for the annual Latin Banquet, Slaves were sold to the students of P. H. S. at any price they wished to pay. 3I
