Q ,, vs 'V . if and f 5, 1 s. 'Q av, M . ,. ....,- When the band strikes up a lively tune, football spirits soar sky-high and the tempo is set for an ex- citing game. The marching band members, all dressed in their attractive uniforms, present enjoy- able half-time shows, and create an air of festivity at every game. A thrill of excitement spreads through the crowd when this talented group plays Our Boys Will Shine Tonight or any of the peppy ILIIISS that quickly identify our football team. This year our band attended the Governor's in- auguration, and participated in the parade. After the football season, our band becomes mainly a concert band whose major projects are the presentation of a concert and the participation in the Band Festival. Band Director W. C.
