It is customary to describe something unique about you that may appear in this years Quiver for posterity. As I ponder the exact characterization, it strikes me that there are many things that can be written in order that we may remember: Our first assembly, planning Homecoming, the school elections, the Chief and Princess and their court, the Senior trip, the Senior Prom, the Senior Scholarship Committees, and many other highlights too numerous to mention. It is also important that you possessed qualities of ambition, fairness, inquisitiveness, and most certainly, that of being lively. Therefore, what best describes and highlights your Senior Year? I believe it has to be your planning of Homecoming Week. It was a tremendous effort and resulted in a rousing success. From the theme Let's Go Crazy to the concluding football game, you were a class group. Those of you who put not only your heart and soul but your time effort into decorations for the school and the unique Semi- Formal Homecoming Dance, the Homecoming Spirit Week Planning Committee and the excellent schedule developed, the beautiful Homecoming Float Annual plaque donated to your school for years to come, showing the leadership in the campaigning for class officers and that of Chief-Princess and their Courts, these highlights will always be remembered. I guess that this is what I'll always remember about the Class of '85. Yes, You Are Strong with Lots of Drive, I'm Proud To Have Worked With The Class of '85.
