Prior to ac- 'X-rr 'nfl J. CECIL COX 1, 1 X . cepting this position he served as principal of Pontiac High and then assistant superintendent of schools in Pontiac. Mr. DuFrain attended Illinois State Normal University for two years, University of Illinois where he received his Bachelor of Arts and Master of Arts degrees, and Columbia University where he received a second Master of Arts degree. Assistant Superintendent Mr. Cox is serving his third year as assistant superintendent of the Pontiac schools. He began his career in Pontiac as a teacher and then assistant principal at Eastern Junior High. Before becoming as- sistant superintendent he served four years as principal at Lincoln Junior High. Mr. Cox received his bachelor's degree at Albion Col- lege, his life certificate for teaching at Detroit Teachers College, and master's degree at the University of Michigan. Principal Mr. Thors received his Bachelor of Arts and Master of Arts degrees from the University of Michigan He is vitally interested in every phase of the schooI's work and the progress of each student enrolled. FORSMAN Assistant Principal Mr. Forsman is serving his fourth year as assistant principal. Before becoming the assistant, he taught social science and served as Faculty Manager of Athletics at Pontiac High. He graduated from Western Michigan College and Wheaton College with a Bachelor of Science Degree and took his graduate work at the University of Michigan and the University of Detroit.
