Administrators Ot Pontioc Schools FRANK J. DuFRAIN Superintendent Mr. Frank J. DuFrain has been superintendent of the Pontiac schools since July, 1945. Prior to taking this position he was prin- cipal of Pontiac High and then assistant superintendent of schools. In preparation for this work Mr. DuFrain attended Illinois State Normal University for two years, University of Illinois, where he re- ceived his Bachelor of Arts and Master of Arts degrees, and Colum- bia University, where he received a second Master of Arts degree. CECIL COX Asst. Superintendent Mr. Cecil Cox, newly appointed assistant superintendent of Pontiac schools, obtained his bachelor's de- gree at Albion College, his life certificate for teaching at Detroit Teachers College, and his master's degree at the University of Michi- gan. For a period of eighteen and a half years he was first a teacher and then assistant principal at Eastern Junior High. He then went to Lincoln Junior High as principal, remaining there four years prior to receiving his new position. BOARD OF EDUCATION Seated: Lola B.
