A member of the Pontiac School Sys- tem for over 25 years, Mr. Russell prepared for this work by attending N'Vestern Michigan Col- lege, Hlheaton College, University of Michigan, and the University of Detroit. VOCATIONAL COORDINATORS PAUL ALLISON Patil Allison, of the Child Accounting Bureau of Pontiac City Schools, graduated from Mich- igan State Normal College and received his Bachelor of Science degree from WVayne Uni- versity. Mr. Allison not only checks on truants from Pontiac High School, but from all Pontiac city schools. H ER BERT A. CARTER Herbert A. Carter, director of the Veteran's Institute, received his Bachelor of Arts degree from XVestern Union College Le Mars, Iowa. He received his Master of Arts degree from the University of Michigan. He had been assistant principal here for live years when he was made principal.
