For the first time in Northern's history the Sophomores had the thrill of receiving their class rings early. Although aroused with much anticipation they shall not experience the joy, pride nor excitement when receiving them as Juniors. They will find many changes taking place in the years ahead and their High School years will prove to be their most important. When they began school in September, they not only found themselves lost and unaware, but on the outside. One by one they emerged and one by one they became involved. The Sophomores proved to the upper classmen that they existed, were human, and determined to reach their individual goals. Together they shall observe the changes and build their futures.
