A. , f 5, 1, fn sf f, f MISSION: TOMORROW The book you are looking at is a manual representing your high school experiences which help you to extend yourself intellectually, physically, and socially. Each of the three high school years is a different phase during which you should advance in these areas. You are exposed to more ideas as you progress from a sophomore to a senior. Your classes become more advanced and they attempt to challenge you mentally. To assist you in gaining the knowledge you will need, the faculty gives their time and effort, not only in the chzssroom, but also after school hours. They sponsor the varied organizations in the school which help you to specialize in your own field. Sports, in addition to conditioning you physically, teach you how to exist in a competitive world and to work with others. Throughout the year, exciting and unusual happenings take place. These emotion-packed special even ts are so cial and learning experiences. Your mission, should you decide to accept it, is to prepare for tomorrow. High school is your training ground. To succeed you must make use of the opportunities it offers, using them to further the means by which you will attain your goals. The high school is infiltrated with many enemies including apathy, tardiness, and nonattendence. If one of these gains control, your mission will fail.
