To enlighten students in many fields a variety of courses were offered at Po- Hi. The student received the right to make a personal choice of what electives to take. These electives included foreign languages, home economics, music, art, gym, and driveris education. The foreign language department of- fered Latin, French, and Spanish. Foods and clothing were offered in home eco- nomics. The music department consist- ed of band, orchestra, chorale, choir, music theory, and girls' glee cluh.
