f Education Mr. J. Paul Johnson, attorney for the Board. is from Duffy and Johnson law firm. Mr. Robert W. Pickens. who serves ward 9595, was elected in 1950 and operates a local jewelry store. Mr. Tom Holliday. employed by Nichols Machine Corporation. serves ward 9491 and was elected in 1957. Mr. O. W. Meyer. an employee of the Continental Oil Company, served outlying district 9991 for eighteen years and was appointed to serve outlying district 9lf2 in 1957. Dr. Paul Powell, a local physician, was elected to the Board in 1953 and serves district 9953. Mr. R. E. Ceren, business manager and clerk, began his work with the Board in June, 1951.
