Working For The Weekend The students at Pompano Beach High School are quite involved in many ' outside activities. When the bell rings at 2:20, many students find themselves rushing to their cars to go to an after- school job. } The students that have jobs do not have much time to do anything else. ' Having a job takes away from free-time at nights and on the weekends. Most of the students are trying to make extra money to buy clothes, make car payments, and go out. Having a job is a big responsibility because it means having to come home from school, rushing to do homework, then going to work. As young adults, it is good to have a job though, because responsibility is learned. Along with learning responsibility comes the appre- ciation of how difficult it is to make a dollar these days. == wet 85 4 WAL.
