INSPIRING ASSEMBLIES ARE ENJOYED BY BOTH THE STUDENTS AND FACULTY. Assemblies change the routine of the day, while keeping us informed as to what is happening at PBSHS. They may vary from the solemn ceremony of the induction of new members into the National Honor Society, to the frenzied cheering at pep rallies which urge our teams on to victory. Other assemblies are designed to acknowledge our talented students, or to celebrate the holidays. While the band or orchestra plays or the chorus sings, each student feels a sense of pride for our school.

ROTARY CLUB SENDS RHODESIA TO PHS. Exchange student, David Harrison from Rhodesia, is a guest in the home of Chris Smith. Although few co-ed schools are found in Rhodesia, David feels that students here behave much the same as in his country. He is enjoying his Florida visit because he is able to pursue his hobbies of water skiing and swimming. BELOW: Bo anticipates David's next move. RIGHT: David looks over the football field.
