Thanks especliiay to the teachers and the counselors who helped me to get adjusted. I learned a lot because classes were not always easy. But one thing which was easy to do, was to make friends in classes or in sports!! Thank-you all. Dirk Bottcher: Germany Peter Gede. It was very easy to tit in at Pomona. To the teachers and students who helped make my stay in the USA enjoyable, I say Thank-you for this year! Franz Arnold: Cologne. Germany The experiences that I have had here have been wonderful. From the sad moments and happy moments I have learned new and good lessons. In spite of not having mastered the language. Everbody has been nice to me and I've mady a lot of new friends here. Pomona really has some quality teachers and it is possible to learn a lot. I42 Organizations SQ.-JA., vw FHA Future Homemakers of America was a club for students interested in any area of home economics. Some of their projects included Gingerbread Houses and Cookie- Grams. The highlight of the year was the state convention in Colorado Springs.
