I34 Organizations .. , ,...., ,, ...nn-Q O QUE5 T CLUB Conquest Club was Pomona 's fun club. Our goal was to get people together and have fun in the outdoors. Our activities included: camping, skiing, rafting, mountain climbing, biking and hiking. The club was open to any Pomona student and our rules were the same as the schooI's. Our only requirement was that you come with the idea to have a good time. This year, our officers were, President Dave Olsen, Vice President Mike Ferraro, Treasurer Howard Burke, and sponsor Mike Miller.

DUNGEON5 A The Dun 'deain is a group dedicated to the purpose of advancing role-pla ying games, such as Traveller and Gamma World, but focusing on Dungeons and Dragons. Though the club membership is limited to Pomona, the actual group has membership in Michigan, Arizona, and Hawaii. Membership itself is informal, giving the members the freedom their spirits natually require. Membership is open to all who dare to dream. D DRA GO Sponsor: Allene Mueldener.

Organizations I35 DECA was one part of MDE, Marketing and Distributive Education Program here at Pomona High School, DECA club members participated in social, civil, and competitive activities designed to develop their own leadership abilities. This year DECA students competed against DECA members from other schools at the district, state, and national level in seven different occupational catagories. 3, J DECA ofHcers this year were: President f Stephanie Copenhavor, Vice President Steve D'AscoIi, Secretary Lori Kotrc, Treasurer Sherri Ramelow, and Publicity Director Debbie Krenzer. Lori Kotrc was also District 4 Secretary. ,eww-ei DECA activities this year include, in addition to competition, a field trip to The Merchanidse Mart, The Annual Banquet, a spaghetti dinner, a tour of Phipps Mansion, and a ski weekend.
