1929 Q 1 ' ---- .-f' If ly - l . f A ,3: ,1lB e s s r mv s' e Halvhirtntg Mr. and Mrs. Olmsted, Friends, Masters, and Boys of Pomfret School: This is our last day as members of Pomfret. Some of us may believe we are glad that it is. But deep down in our hearts, I think there must be some feelings of regret. For who can leave a place so beautiful and so filled with pleasant memories without feeling regretful? The saddest part of this day is saying good-bye to Mr. and Mrs. O., who have been our best friends during our stay in school. We owe more to them than words can express, and to Mr. Langdon, who has been our very firm friend ever since we entered school. We are grateful for all they have done for us. We feel the keenest appreciation for what the Masters and the rest of the school have done in ren- dering us their assistance. All we can say to next years Sixth Form is that we wish you the best of luck. May you give Pomfret your best. 123
