L ,f . ,V ff f Z X '- . ,. ,,., ., ,, ,, ,.,,., ..., ..,,,, hree of a Kind OKIE wise bird once said that the worm will turn eventually-why not now? lt looks as though our five years of persecution in this institution would be considered suflicient by the faculty to warrant our being turned loose on the industries,fhaving given up as hopeless the task of moulding our characters and conduct as they would fain have them. Wie have come through this persecution with flying colors, unscratched and undaunted by the obstacles thrust in our path by the well-meaning members of the faculty. VVe are in fact now so far advanced that we carry our slide- rules with impunity, and what more can be expected after hve years of exposure to engineering courses? But while dodging the obstacles placed in our path we found time to entertain ourselves and others with alleged jokes, and to engage in various student activities. Both of these we recommend to our successors as laudable lines of endeavor. Taking our class as a whole and comparing it with other classes by percentage we are without a peer. One third of the class is represented on the athletic teams,-a record we are sure. The entire class has always been active from its freshman year to the present time: participating in class scraps, holding class offices, editing the Handbook and Repomfr, participating in musical and chemical societies, and giving support to all other activites. Some of our wellameaning predecessors have thought that a write-up of this sort should be in the form of a fare- well, opened with a lot of fool advice which nobody paid any attention to. Therefore We are leaving out the advice, and as for the farewell part of this write-up, just because we are being graduated does not mean that we shall not in future years be familiar figures in the halls and at the functions of the Institute.
