MISS EDITH HUDSON DISTRIBUTIVE EDUCATION, a training program in retail, wholesale, and service selling is open to iuniors and seniors of Poly High who wish guidance in their vocational work. The students are counseled in their selection of vocations by means of vocational and aptitude testing. Job place- ment is in line with interests and aptitudes. This year forty-tive trainees are placed in twenty businesses. While training is the foundation of the D.E. program, it is interesting to know that the Poly community is 384,929.00 richer as a result of this training. These students who graduate with their regular class, take the required subiects and D.E. Each afternoon and on Saturdays they work in their regular training stations at beginning wage rates.
