ln 1987, friendship flour- ished andy kept the year live. Whether friends were hangin out with each other at Tom- my's Burgers or Vet's Stadi- um, Jackrabbits livenedlup the scene wherever they went. No friends? What would I do without friends?f' ex- claimed senior Jennifer Mad- den. The live attitude was dis- played every day on the Poly campus. lt was great to know that whenever someone need- ed a hand to hold, or that one person to talk to, that a friend was always there. Dionne Warwick 's song That's yWhat Friends Aire For was exemplified every day at 1600 Atlantic Ave. Crazy, caring, and comical- Poly students couldn't . do without their friends. With I friendship flourishing, Long Beach Poly closed the year making it the best, most fun- Hlled ever. Overflowing friend- ship filled the campus with memories and good times to last a lifetime. 4 Friends make life worthwhile
