On January 24 they sang at the Farmer's Institute at Albion. Then on February 8, twenty-five students travelled to Delaware, Ohio for the High School Music festival on the Ohio Wesleyan campus. On March 30 they presented an Easter Cantata, The Story of the Cross , by Thelma Parker at the Methodist church. April 18 found the chorus singing at the Ashland College music festival. Fifteen members of the cho- rus also took part in the all-county chorus. Their last appearance was at the Baccalaureate service on May 25. This year the band made appearances at the farmers institute, and at the junior and senior class plays. New music presented a challenge to us and made the year interesting. Some of our numbers participated in the all-county band at Ashland College in April.
