The 1987 Football Season was a year of dominance for the Polk-Hordville Wildcats. For the second consecutive year, the Wildcats went undefeated(9-0) and defended the Conference ti- tle, a feat not many high school teams have accomplished and can be Proud of. The season came to an end early, as injuries, along with first round play-off opponent Nelson tripped up the undefeated Wild- cats 41-38. Along with the Con- ference Title the Wildcats ended up being rated sixth in class D- 1, and many individual honors were earned!
