SOPHOMORES The sophomore class of 1986 has had a very eventful year with many cake raffles, and bake sales for raising money. We got our class rings which added some excitement to this year. We have many participants in the athletics department, so we feel we can be looking forward to great success in this field next year as juniors. Pres. Sylvia Veit, Sec. Cary Sandell, Vice Pres. Kevin Ang Duane Baack REQPE We the Freshmen class were not too busy as far as money making projects this year, but we kept busy adapting to new friends and to a new style “High School.” We gained two new classmates, Lynette Wimmer, and Karen Ziegelbein. Both girls came from small schools so they enjoy having more kids in their classes. While some are satisfied with small classes, others find it boring, and wish there were more kids, and still others like it just the way it is. Out of school some of the kids enjoy participating in sports, hunt- ing, babysitting, or just helping out on the farm, but there is one activity we all agree on, “hanging out with our friends uptown. Though we weren’t too busy this year we enjoyed our first year of high school and are ready to give the sophomore position a try for a year. 18 Robin Cerny Julie Edwards
