The juniors are successfully active in most of the extra curricular activities; football, volleyball, basketball, track, speech, drama, National Honor Society, student council, and chorus. They’re enthusiastically preparing for their final year at PHS and hope to use their knowledge from these educational experiences to the best of the abilities in future situations. The junior class felt that financing the junior senior prom was a challenge but well worth it. Selling magazines to the surrounding communities was their main financial aid. A few comments from the juniors at PHS: “T feel this year has been a big success, but I’m anxiously looking forward to next year.” “It’s been a great year, and I’ve had fun partying with my friends!” “This has been a much harder year, but I’ve matured and learned to take on more responsibilities.” “T feel we've made a lot of great accomplishments. We should be proud of ourselves and celebrate all summer long!” They also felt that their relationships and their determination to succeed were the major components in the successful year of ’85-'86

We have many participants in the athletics department, so we feel we can be looking forward to great success in this field next year as juniors. Pres. Sylvia Veit, Sec. Cary Sandell, Vice Pres.
