Jirolene, the Woodruff’s adopted daughter, is practically engaged to K mer Hampton Haywood, who believes in employ- ing high Pressure- s lesmenship methods. Since Homer, a typical go- getter, always kn ,ws more th .n his employer, he never holds a job very long But th t doesn’t bother him—he goes blithely on his way inventing new ways of making ; fortune. Finally young Wrde Wa inright arrives on the scene and falls a victim to Arlene's charms.
