Kagarise l guess you've heard the scoop, We'll soon be a senior group, As juniors We've been ecstatic, But nothing is in our attic, So back to school We'll troop. A tribute to our advisers We pay, On this our parting day, To Mr. Kitzmiller, The spirit instiller, And to Mrs. Stone we give an A. lt was Dean W. that got the vote To pilot the Iunior boat, As his first mate Tom S. was first rate Together they kept us afloat. Emilie balanced the book, Her toils We'll not overlook. And no clerk of Council Did so well until Miss Buddie kept the minute-book. Though it caused tribulation, And trouble to the nation, We changed our rings From those old-fashioned things, to Work of beautification. The .lunior Class At sports we did excel, Defeat our opponents befell, At cheering, too, Our class came through, Dee, Sy, and Shirley did yell. Our enterprises were a success Everyone sprouted eagerness. We were right on the beam, And worked as a team, Our spirit was bottomless. The folks who had the Wit, And had the courage to write it Who else could it be, But Sandy and Kenny? Over KSSM did they transmit. One last thought to be spoken As sort of a little token, To him who is known ln a World of his own, Mr. Hutzen, and his test tubes broken The school we soon leave, But We'll return, don't grieve. We'll open the door To fifty-four, As seniors l do believe. -if Page Twenty-two

Brown, D. Crawford, As we look back throuah our Sophomore year, we discover that it was a year of memories, fun, and friendship. It was also a year of work alonq with success. We find that the class officers we elected at the beainnina of the year were very well chosen. They were: President Iim Iustice Vice President Lynne Stillson Secretary'Treasurer Claude Dilanni Student Council Members Carol Yanko, Iohn Gutknecht Twelve Sophomores were on the football team with Center Bill Roof receiving his varsity letter. On the reserve basketball team we saw varsity action also. Four of the sophomore qirls were chosen to play on the G. A. A. All- Star teams. They were Caroline Hodder, Marqaret Riesen, Iere Taaffe, and Carol Yanko. We are very proud of Lynn Stillson who was elected varsity cheerleader. We extend our thanks to our class advisers, Mrs. Fabis and Mr. Smith, for their cooperation in makinq our dances and concessions at aames a success. These things, alona with many others, have made our Sophomore year one which we will always remember. The Sophomore Class I Page Twcuty-three
