We believe in honest labor And in every job well done, That by dint of true endeavor We shall leave no task undone. We believe that truth and honor Point the way to fuller life, And to peace and understanding As opposed to fear and strife. We will honor every teacher With respect and high regard, And we thank them for their guidance When the road seemed long and hard. We believe in the dignity of honest toil With its promise of just reward, And we believe the crowning joy of life Is trusting faith in the Lord. And as we follow our chosen way As one by one we leave, We shall strive to practice always These things that we believe.
