One area that has im- proved greatly was the Band, under the direction of Mr. Richard Ellicks. Mr. Ellicks deals with instrumental music, music theory, ad lessons. There's'a Marching Band, Concert Band and Stage Band. During marching season, most of the band time is spent memorizing formations on the field and playing the music cor- rectly. Lessons are held a helfan hour once a week, all year long during school time. Practice is held on Monday nights for an hour and a half during marching season. This year the Band took a trip to Disneyworld in Florida. All the members worked hard towards this goal, holding and getting donations to help support thetrip.
