Row 1 Carol Lemkey, Mary Stewart, Vaike Lillemagi, Row 2 Mrs. LeFevre, Cindy Pel- letier, Ed Roncin, Karen Emmens, Grace Ciccarelli, Eleen D'Amore, Mrs. Napolitano Niel Bryant, jeff Norton, Billy Rogers, Row 2 Dann Conger, Paul Sharo, Diane Squilanti, Ty Visco, Row 3 Mr. Uhl, jack Conaty, Brad Kries, Dave Lee, lim VanDemark, john Fraher, Matt Travers S, LIBR RY CGUNCIL The Library Council is an in- tegral asset to the high school library. One librarian is not capable of doing the work re- quired in a library, so the council members are the ones who help keep the library in such a condition so that stu- dents can locate books. The members check, shelve and re- shelve books, work in the magazine room, help clean the library, run errands for the li- brarian to the office assist students with the audio visual aids, and also raise money through various projects. A.V.A. The A.V.A. Club is under the expert direction of Mr. Uhl, A few choosen students are picked for this club. They are enrolled in the Stage Craft course but take it one step further by involving them- selves with the technical por- tion of stage productions. The A.V. handles all instructional material and equipment used for the enhancement of the curiculum in the class rooms. A few responsibilities include the motion pictures of the football games, video-taping and public relation photog- raphy for the entire school system. The services of the A.V.A. Club are extended not only to the students and faculty, but also to the community through various productions held in the auditorium. 209

N c The Panther's Print exists to-as nearly as possible-record and review school events. The paper is always open to new ideas and material to better represent the school. This organization, advised by Miss Bar- bara Hersh, strives to express the spirit of the student body. This paper works to express all points of view and open doors to new thoughts on old problems. The staff consists of sports editor, Lois Van der Noot, literary editor, Mary Stewart, and reporters, Jeannette Henry and joe Gerard. The paper always welcomes contributions and individuals who are interested in becoming staff members. Panther's Print covers a variety of material ranging from poetry to sports, puzzles and pictures, features and editorials. Occasionally, there are columns, and even comic strips.
