Under the excellent leadership of Otis Gillespie, Com- missioner of General Affairs, the Spring Commissioners carried out his platform, that of more active in- terest in school government. The actual realization of more individ- ual representation was considered the most important accomplishment of the last semester. The student body helped revise, draft and vote on a new constitution. As spokes- men of Point Loma, these leaders worked for a marquee to announce school events. lt was set up in Feb- ruary and became an informative and attractive bulletin board for Point Loma social activities.
