On the whole, the sophomore class was a conscientious and school- spirited group. They seemed to dominate every club, sport, and event Point Loma offered. The Modern Dance Lomanettes, the Band, Lettermen,s Clulo, and the Cuh Club were some ot the many organizations of which sophs hecame a part. Starting oft with touch- down passes in ioothall, halt-court shots in haslcethall, winning holds in wrestling, sensational hits and fielding in hasehall, and superh running in traclc, sophomores proved to he domineering in defending Point Loma's fair name on the great hattlelield ot sports. The Point Loma agenda at the beginning ot the year was topped oft with the soph talent assembly, and sequenced hy drama productions in- volving a large numloer ot sophomores.
