fd 4' 1 l X i X SENIOR B CLASS HE Senior B Class of Point Loma High School is not very large, numbering only thirty-two boys and ten girls. However, quality is better than quantity g and this class has a great deal of the former. Officers are: President, George Heylmang Vice-Presi- dent, John Plank: Secretary, Fred Strohte. Not only do the officers of the Senior B class have plenty of gray, matter but quite a number of their class- mates also are equally gifted. ln scholastic records, Anita Milligan, Lucille Neumont, Blanche Price, and Florine Schutz are rated high. John Plank, besides being an all-round athlete, has a splendid scholastic record. In athletics, Tolli- ver Clement established the record of 22.6 seconds in the 220 yard dash. George Heylman, Vernon Mixon, .John Plank, and Gidi Rock were members of the Football team. Bob Connors and Armand Ault were our baseball players. Dick Miller and Gilbert Qualin were members of the B basketball team. Fred Strohte was the football manager. Stanley Barskey and Donald Dix were active in Journalism. Jack Donnely and Tolliver Clement participated in dramatics. Martha Erickson was an officer of the Girls League. The class has always been vitally interested in the activi- ties of the school and we hope to continue to carry on the high standards set by former classes.
